Sales Assistant POST NUMBER: 473560

Boston, MA

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to provide support to a team of Sales Brokers in a fast-paced real estate environment. This role supports listing coordination, marketing efforts, and transaction administration to help ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Sales Brokers with daily operational and administrative needs
  • Coordinating property listings, marketing materials, and sales documentation
  • Assisting with proposals, presentations, and client communications
  • Managing CRM updates, deal tracking, and key deadlines
  • Supporting marketing initiatives across listings, email, and digital platforms
  • Organizing contracts, transactions, scheduling, and reporting

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative or sales support experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
