Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to assist with internal business support initiatives, service documentation, client engagement materials, and operational reporting. This role supports company growth through internal coordination rather than external advertising or promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities * Assist with development of internal business support materials * Maintain company service documentation and client-facing information * Support data analysis related to customer engagement and operational performance * Coordinate with customer service and operations departments * Help maintain accurate records for business development activities * Support internal communication and administrative functions Minimum requirements: Qualifications & Requirements * High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred) * Strong organizational and communication skills * Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, reporting tools) * Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities * Administrative or business support experience preferred Benefits * Competitive salary * Paid training * Opportunities for growth within customer service and operations * Stable, full-time employment * Supportive and professional work environment
