- Collaborate with high end residential and commercial customers on diverse landscape projects, from large construction to meticulous maintenance.
- Train and develop crews to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and profitability standards.
- Manage production, emphasizing horticultural expertise, efficiency, and safety.
- Foster customer satisfaction through effective communication, site visits, and relationship-building.
- Promote enhancement services and coordinate with other divisions for successful, on-time, and on-budget completion.
- Prioritize safety for employees, customers, and the public.
- Act as a liaison for receivables and collections, promoting ethics, honesty, and integrity.

- Availability on weekends, especially during Spring and Fall seasons.

- Clean driving record.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Agricultural Business, Horticulture, etc.).
- 3 years of prior customer service, sales, and landscape experience.
- 1 years of supervisory experience in the landscape field.
