Front Desk Associate – Hiring Immediately

Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort is looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Country Inn. The Front Office is the heart of our resort — you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Schedule:

• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Seasonal: Now through mid-March
• Must be available weekends and holidays

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and check guests in and out of the hotel
• Issue room keys, lift tickets, and guest materials
• Process payments and balance transactions
• Answer calls, emails, and guest inquiries
• Provide information about hotel services, resort amenities, and local attractions
• Dispatch housekeeping/maintenance staff and follow up on requests
• Ensure every guest receives outstanding service

What We’re Looking For:

• Available to start right away
• Customer service experience preferred
• Computer skills required (Springer-Miller & Microsoft Office a plus)
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Able to stand for extended periods
