Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A 35-hour-per-week Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical petence (SLP-CCC) is sought for an elementary school serving Pre-K through grade 2. This contract position spans the current school year and involves working with a caseload focused on early childhood speech and language development.

The role demands prehensive SLP responsibilities, including assessment, intervention, and collaboration with both students and staff. Support is available from three Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) on site, alongside a part-time SLP-CCC. Adaptability and a proactive approach are essential to effectively integrate with existing team members and address varied student needs.

Key qualifications and experience include:

• Certification as an SLP-CCC
• School-based speech-language pathology experience within Massachusetts
• Extensive background in virtual speech therapy, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to manage caseload independently
• Strong documentation skills with a solid understanding of the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process
• Flexibility to adjust strategies and collaborate within a dynamic educational environment

Responsibilities include evaluating speech and language abilities, implementing individualized therapeutic interventions, monitoring student progress, and maintaining meticulous records pliant with IEP standards.
