What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients professionally and courteously
- Welcome and direct visitors
- Process administrative tasks and documentation
- Provide clerical support to insurance professionals
- Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day office operations
- Support client service initiatives and help ensure an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience preferred xrczosw
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred
