Administrative Assistant
Seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Production Administrative Assistant to support our manufacturing operations and ensure seamless business organization. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily production workflow—efficiently processing work orders using Visual Shop software, managing crucial computer systems data, and acting as a professional liaison for both internal teams and external customers. Your ability to maintain impeccable records and adapt to various facility needs will directly contribute to achieving the high-quality product standards.

Responsibilities Include
- Software & Data Management: Achieve proficiency in Visual Shop software to routinely process incoming work orders; ensure accurate and effective input of information into the production computer system.
- Documentation & Reporting: Copy, file, and produce reports associated with system data as requested; process production and/or shipping information to generate necessary reports.
- Compliance & Training: Complete all regular OSHA or certification training in a timely manner.
- Communication: Professionally direct, coordinate, and interact with all external and internal customers, including answering phones and directing calls.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Assist as needed with the accounting department and temporarily replace other employees when required.
- Facility Support: Maintain a highly organized workspace by keeping it tidy, stocked, and clean; perform other various facility duties specific to operational needs as required by management, including non-traditional administrative duties.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis on Word and Excel; proficient typing skills.
- Industry Experience: Preferable experience in an administrative or technical customer support environment.
- Software Aptitude: Ability to become proficient in specialized production software (Visual Shop).
- Communication Skills: Fully English proficient for document/sign reading and fluent oral communication.
- Workplace Standards: Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check, and adhere to our drug-free workplace policy.
