Job Title: Assembler/Floater
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Springfield, MA
Job Description:
The Assembler/Floater supports multiple departments by assembling products, assisting with production tasks, and providing coverage where needed. This position offers variety and requires flexibility to work in different areas of the production floor.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
- Assist various departments based on production needs.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to learn multiple job functions.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to move between departments as needed.
