DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer on our Digital Innovations Team, you'll help expand our ability to develop and deliver the online services that power the Wizards of the Coast ecosystem of digital products and tools. You will build infrastructure automation and systems used to support our internal and external partners. Working collaboratively with software engineering, testing, and operations, you will contribute to the deployment and operation of our products and services across our pre-production and production environments.
What You'll Do:
- Implement and improve the processes and workflows that continuously deploy code to Kubernetes and AWS.
- Contribute to automated systems for provisioning and monitoring cloud resources.
- Collaborate with the software engineers in areas like architecture, observability, CICD, and process improvement.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-4 years supporting multi-tier applications in a DevOps capacity.
- 1-3 years engineering cloud-based infrastructure solutions in AWS.
- 2+ years crafting code in Python and/or Go on Agile teams.
- Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure services (EC2, S3, EKS, Lambda, etc).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Terraform preferred.
- Experience with containerized applications using Docker and Docker Compose
- Knowledge of CICD pipelines. GitLab pipelines a plus
- Curiosity, strong critical thinking skills, and an ability to learn.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Kubernetes and Service Mesh management.
- Experience with ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, Argo Rollouts, and Kargo.

The base salary range for this position is $99,900.00 to $149,900.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
