Pay: $23-$25/hr Hours: 8:30AM-5:30PM We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Administrative Sales assistant experience to join our fast growing team! You will be responsible for performing all general office procedures and tasks within a medical technology sales support office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - General office duties, including phone and email management
- Support to field representatives, including but not limited to:
- Generating and distributing product quotes
- Maintaining inventory of marketing supplies
- Assisting with procurement of sales and marketing material
- Shipping sales and marketing supplies
- Compiling and sending product information via email and hard copy
- Generating and distributing daily sales reports
- Assisting with onboarding of new sales representatives
- Client service and support, including but not limited to:
- Processing and management of sales orders, QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Monitoring shipping progress and helping rectify shipping exceptions
- Client database management, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Maintaining appropriate interactions with company departments
- Collaboration with management on various corporate projects
- Collecting and maintaining inventory of office equipment, supplies, and marketing material
Skills/Qualifications: - Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must have good attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and well under pressure with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to computers, telephone systems, copiers
- Ability to package and prepare light to moderately heavy shipping boxes
- Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Mac preferred) and database management
- Expensify experience a plus
- High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years
