Part Time Nanny / Family Assistant

Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant Needed – Winchester, MA $25–$30 per hour

A warm and active family is seeking a part-time Nanny/Family Assistant to support their household and care for their three children, ages 7, 16, and 18. The primary focus will be on their energetic 7-year-old, with occasional driving responsibilities for the 16-year-old to local activities. The ideal candidate is engaging, responsible, and energetic, with a proactive attitude toward household support.

Position Details:

• Start Date: End of August 2025
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Hours: Guaranteed 25 hours per week
• Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
• Overnights: Flexibility for 1–2 overnights per month (with additional overnight pay)
• Nanny Car: Available for use during working hours

Responsibilities:

• Childcare for 7-year-old (play, outdoor activities, occasional school pick-up)
• Transportation for 16-year-old to/from local activities
• Light housekeeping related to children (meal prep, kids’ laundry, cleanup)
• Running errands and grocery shopping
• General household support and family assistance
• The 7-year-old enjoys gymnastics, outdoor play, and weekly art class.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Excellent driving record
• Prior experience in childcare or family assistant roles
• Ability to provide 3–5 professional references
• Comfortable around pets (2 friendly dogs in the home)
• Prior house management experience is a plus
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Provide 3-5 professional references
• Must have U.S. work authorization
