Green hydrogen plays an essential role towards our net-zero mission. Hydrogen has widespread industrial and transport applications. Conventional hydrogen production from fossil fuels is accompanied by the release of large quantities of carbon dioxide. Our innovative technologies take renewable energy and water to produce green hydrogen with zero emission. We aspire to improve the efficiency, reduce the cost, and scale the manufacturing to meet booming green hydrogen market.
We are therefore seeking a highly motivated Procurement and Facilities Specialist to join our newly launched H2 Center of Excellence (COE) near Boston, MA.
Procurement Responsibilities (85%):
- Hands on knowledge of Procure-to-pay and inventory processes.
- Work with finance and executives to understand purchase requirements and timely delivery.
- Create/track purchase requests and purchase orders with third party vendors.
- Ensure all inventory is systematically and physically placed in proper storage location.
- Ensure inventory is ordered and delivered in timely manner to warehouse.
- Maintain/establish inventory levels by storage location with (min/max levels) of critical components/materials.
- Coordinate HQ Procurement to establish preferred vendors, vendor agreements and pricing.
- Purchase goods and/or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization.
Facilities Responsibilities (15%):
- Oversee the general office space operation as well as lab space on our Burlington Campus
- Purchase office supplies and equipment while maintaining proper stock levels.
- Partner with HR department to maintain office policies, documentation, and new hire processes.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Receive and sort incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, staff calendars and schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, logistics or supply management, or at least 2 years in a procurement role
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Procurement and Inventory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to plan, delegate and evaluate progress when managing projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Business Operations, Engineering and Finance
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including teams
- Ability to interact with international teams.

Salary: 85K to 100K, commensurate with experience.
