**Key Qualifications:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Automation / HVAC Controls.- Expertise in programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting control systems.
- Proficient with BMS platforms, particularly Schneider EcoStruxure or Niagara/Tridium.
- Strong grasp of HVAC systems, electronics, and networking.
- Knowledgeable in construction practices and industry standards.
- Independent worker with a collaborative spirit.
