The Framingham based Law Offices of Alan M. Cohen & Associates LLC, a growing commercial litigation firm is seeking a paralegal preferably with one to three years’ experience. Excellent opportunity for a hardworking professional to contribute to a fast-paced practice.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• 1-3 years of Litigation Paralegal experience
• 3+ Microsoft Word and Excel
• 1+ year of Clio Experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Strong skills in Legal Research
• Experience with drafting and reviewing Pleadings and Motions
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
