We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team at our hotel in Newton, Massachusetts . This is a behind-the-scenes but essential role that helps us maintain clean and comfortable rooms for every guest.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate hotel washers, dryers, and folding equipment
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and uniforms
- Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and report low stock
- Ensure laundry room and machines are kept clean and safe
- Assist with linen delivery to housekeeping as needed
- Prior laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
