Organizational Relationship
or Line of Authority:
Directly responsible to the Principal, and to the Superintendent of Schools and/or his/her designee.
Statement of Duties:
- Translate written documents as needed
- Make/take phone calls to/from Spanish-speaking families as needed by school personnel
- Interpret during a variety of school meetings, including: report card conferences, discipline, special education IEP meetings, new student/family orientation meetings, speech and language evaluations, among others
- Represent the school professionally and courteously
