Asst Program Director
As an Assistant Program Director, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing multiple child care sites, ensuring high-quality programming, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. By , managing staff, and collaborating on program performance, you’ll help create safe, nurturing environments where children, families, and educators can thrive.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee operations and programming across three child care sites
- Ensure all programs meet Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations and BHN policies
- Maintain licensing compliance and uphold high-quality standards across all sites
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
- Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to monitor budgets, revenue, and enrollment
- Ensure optimal enrollment and program sustainability across all sites
- Provide ongoing administrative and programmatic support to leadership staff
- Identify challenges, problem-solve effectively, and communicate key updates to leadership
Who You Are
- An experienced leader in early childhood education with strong operational and supervisory skills
- Skilled at managing multiple sites, priorities, and teams in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative professional who communicates effectively with staff, families, and leadership
- Organized, proactive, and able to respond to challenges and urgent needs
- Committed to providing inclusive, culturally responsive care to diverse populations
- Comfortable using technology and supporting others in administrative systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing child care programs preferred
- Must meet EEC qualifications for Center Director
- Director Certification (Required)
- Current CPR, First Aid, and Food Safety certifications
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining EEC requirements
- Ability to work across multiple sites and with diverse groups of children, families, and staff
SALARY- $58K-$76K
