We are currently seeking NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, clinically skilled, and dedicated to fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships.

This is a fee-for-service, contract position .

Position Overview

This is a contract remote role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. The LMHC will provide professional counseling services to individuals, couples, and families via secure virtual platforms. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy. Clinicians will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, ethical, and high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
• Active NYS licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (or related license)
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Knowledge of and experience with various therapeutic modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of empathy and ability to build rapport with clients
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical clinical practice
• Experience with teletherapy and virtual counseling platforms preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team
