Engineering Technician

Job Description:

• Work with Yield Engineering to set up, collect, monitor and analyze yield information from Wafer Fab and external foundries.
• Create and maintain metrology recipes and programs on multiple tool sets including but not limited to: Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Surfscan, SEM measurements, profilometers, etc.
• Provide detailed and Accurate data from these operations to engineering and management in a timely fashion.
• Ability to do basic analysis on data and provide basic reports.
• Familiar with basic SPC rules and practices
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Work in a class 1000 clean room environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• Min 3-5 years’ experience in semiconductor clean room manufacturing.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Fluent in written English.
• Previous experience with AOI and/or Semiconductor Metrology Equipment would be helpful but not necessary.
