Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Framingham, MA

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Onsite)

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our team in a fast-paced laboratory environment. This role involves supporting high-volume sample testing and aseptic fill/finish operations, while maintaining strict compliance with GMP and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume sample preparation and testing
• Prepare media and samples for analysis using pipetting techniques
• Support aseptic fill/finish of vials
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
• 0–1 years of lab experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks and fine motor work
• Experience with pipetting and general lab procedures
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Framingham, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
