100% outpatient Pediatric opportunity in Massachusetts
Job Description
Caring Health Center (CHC) is seeking a Pediatrician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to infants, children, and adolescents in a mission-driven, community-based health center. This physician will function independently while working within a collaborative, team-based care model that supports high-quality, culturally responsive care. In addition to clinical care, the Pediatrician will participate in pediatric program development, community health initiatives, and quality improvement activities that advance patient care and population health.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric primary care to a diverse patient population
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions using evidence-based practices.
Deliver preventive care, including well-child visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings
Coordinate specialty referrals and care transitions as needed
Develop individualized care plans addressing medical, developmental, and social needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and CHC leadership
Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program
Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics
Unrestricted Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain an unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
Current DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substances registrations or the ability to obtain
