CLIENT LIAISON
:
Primarily responsible for referral source and census development for Berkshire Healthcare facilities during weekend business hours. Responsible for achieving the budgeted census and service mix levels for the affiliates assigned through effective relationships with referral sources, prospects and key influencers/decision maker, including the development of effective business partnerships with facility-based teams and marketing department peers.
- Successful experience of 2-5 years in a healthcare setting or healthcare sales setting, preferably LTC related
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years working experience in long term care admissions or similar service sales work.
- Experience in sales or business development, basic understanding of commercial insurances, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
- Basic computer experience with Microsoft, Excel and clinical or sales software.
Availability: Mainly external working at multiple locations, this position is for working weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday), either every weekend or every other weekend. Potential per diem hours as needed to support weekday teams.
