Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to medical-surgical patients, including telemetry monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital policy
- Perform ongoing assessments, document findings, and escalate changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans; participate in rounds and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; ensure charting reflects current patient status
- Support patient safety through adherence to clinical protocols, infection control practices, and evidence-based nursing standards

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license in hand at time of submission
- BSN required
- 3–4 years of recent Med-Surg nursing experience
- Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS
- Ability to work the night shift on a Med-Surg unit with telemetry; eligible for travel assignment
