Registered Nurse - Psychiatric - Concord, MA

Rate: Up to $2,400 weekly
Location: Concord, MA
Shift: 8-hour Days (7a–3:30p) or 8-hour Evenings (3p–11:30p) – both shifts available
Schedule / Hours: 40 hours/week, 13-week contract, 5x8s, every other weekend
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience
- 2 years nursing experience required with acute care experience included
- Travel experience required
Licenses/Certifications
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of Massachusetts
- AHA BLS
- CPI Blue certification
Key Responsibilities (Psychiatric Nursing Focus)
- Monitoring patient mental status and behavioral changes
- Administering medications and treatments per provider orders
- Responding to behavioral or medical emergencies
- Collaborating with the healthcare team and patient families to implement care plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions
- Advocating for patient needs and safety
