Principal Software Engineer (Scrum Master) - Electrophysiology
Organize and facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including daily Stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Architect, design, develop and release innovative high performance medical device software. Provide technical leadership to the team in software architecture and best in class software development methodologies and practices. Solve difficult problems and always strive to make things better and achieve engineering excellence. Partner with other teams including marketing, systems engineering, QA, hardware and regulatory to understand requirements and bring the best solutions forward. Certified Scrum Master with previous experience in a scrum master role A strong CS background, preferably BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Experience with having delivered successful mission critical products. Expertise in C++, Linux, networking and cyber-security. Strong experience in systems development. Strong in solving complex problems and demonstrated ability to adapt, proactive and a positive influence to the rest of the team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to the target audience. Expertise in developing software using Scrum methodology. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. Strong experience with architecting, designing and implementing medical device software. Experience writing SW for embedded systems that interface with sensors. Strong experience with development of network protocols (TCP/IP, OpenSSL) and cybersecurity.
