Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00/Annual

Primary Duties: • Conduct clinical epidemiologic research focused on glaucoma incidence, risk factors, disease progression, and outcomes. • Design and implement research protocols using large clinical, imaging, and population-based datasets. • Perform data management and statistical analyses. • Prepare and submit manuscripts for peer-reviewed publication and present findings at scientific meetings. • Contribute to the development of research grants and funding proposals. Subsidiary Duties: • Collaborate with clinical and basic science investigators within the department and across institutions. • Participate in the mentorship and supervision of trainees, including research fellows, residents, and students. • Assist in maintaining compliance with institutional review board (IRB) and research integrity standards. • Engage in departmental research meetings, seminars, and educational activities. • Support ongoing departmental initiatives in glaucoma research and clinical innovation
