This role oversees all Hub activities — from efficiency tracking and process optimization to team coaching and stakeholder engagement — ensuring that the Hub delivers measurable results aligned with regional and corporate priorities.

  • Develop and execute the regional Hub strategy in alignment with the Regional President’s priorities.
  • Ensure measurable return on Hub investment by achieving efficiency targets that offset Hub operating costs
    • Identify, prioritize, and track efficiency initiatives in collaboration with site managers and Finance to ensure traceability of results
    • Oversee OPAL initiative creation, benefit realization tracking, and reporting within the region
    • Coordinate regular performance reviews across regional sites, ensuring visibility of KPIs and improvement actions.
  • Act as the first line of support for sites, connecting them to corporate experts or resources when specialized help is required.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support process change and digital tool adoption, including deployment of Hubgrade tools.
  • Ensure projects can have their local systems mapped and connected to the Datalake and reporting dashboards.
  • Gather site feedback on digital tools and Hub support to continuously refine services.
  • Represent the Hub in business development activities and client demonstrations, showcasing Veolia’s innovation and value-added capabilities.
  • Collaborate with communications and marketing to document Hub success stories and client impact.
  • Conduct retrospectives on an agreed upon frequency (e.g., quarterly) to adapt hub priorities and focus to regional needs.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid or field-based role; ~25% travel to sites across the region.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background:

  • Leadership and team development.
  • Change management and process improvement.
  • Data-informed decision-making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
  • Client-facing and stakeholder communication.
