Housekeeping Houseman – Sheraton Hotel
Join our dedicated team at Sheraton Hotel as a Housekeeping Houseman, where your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to support our housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
- Replenish supplies and amenities in guest rooms and common areas
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to hotel standards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
