Job Description

We are currently hiring general production workers for our overnight shift. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working in a manufacturing environment and eager to enhance their skills. You will be paired with a trainer to guide you through our manufacturing processes and ensure you're progressing effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consistent inspections throughout the day.
• Enter data into the computer system accurately.
• Ensure the production line is running smoothly.
• Partner with a Technician to set up the line and perform changeovers for new products.
• Maintain cleanliness by organizing products, sweeping, and relieving coworkers during breaks.

Essential Skills

• Stable job tenure and work history.
• Ambition, willingness to learn, and interest in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math.
• Completion of a ruler test.
• Skills in assembly, machine operation, inspection, and computer use.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience using micrometers and calipers.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is well-lit, clean, and organized. You will be working an overnight shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating schedule of 2 days on, 2 days off, alternating between 36 and 48-hour work weeks. Enjoy a modern facility with a comfortable atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
