Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum of 3 months outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
- Must not be a new graduate. New travelers must complete three pre-assignment HealthStream modules prior to start; agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked (client reimbursement process applies).
- Experience with outpatient treatment techniques such as therapeutic exercise, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, and dry needling is preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 0800–1630.
- Schedule Expectations: Open to 4x10s and must be available for two evenings per week until 1900.
- EMR: Raintree.
- Patient Load Expectation: Productivity target approximately 55–63 patients per week.
- Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
