We are hiring a fast and accurate Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain data across internal systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and committed to data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and CRMs
- Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
- File and organize physical and digital documents
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain up-to-date records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or database platforms
- Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
