We’re looking for someone who is not just technically strong, but also thoughtful, organized, and client-focused.
- 3–5+ years of experience in trust administration (law firm, bank, or wealth management environment preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; paralegal certificate or relevant coursework is a plus
- Understanding of Massachusetts trust law and fiduciary responsibilities
- Working knowledge of fiduciary accounting and individual income taxation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with high-net-worth clients and professionals
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with trust accounting or legal software is a plus
We are open to training a strong candidate with the right mindset and foundational experience.
