Supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects, you’ll ensure we stay on track, within scope, and aligned with our strategic priorities. What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications) • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • Experience: 2–4 years of experience delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions in production environments. • Influence: A proven ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority. Responsibilities

• Lead Execution: Manage AI, automation, and digital transformation projects from conception to measurable outcome.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business requirements into structured project plans in partnership with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Drive Alignment: Define goals, roles, and responsibilities across stakeholders to ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
• Monitor & Mitigate: Proactively identify risks and dependencies, driving resolutions before they become roadblocks.
• Governance & Clarity: Lead meetings, document decisions, and maintain real-time dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to make our internal ways of working even more scalable.

What You’ll Need (Basic Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions in production environments.
