We're hiring a Lab Technician to support our plating and process operations through accurate testing and analysis. What You'll Do

• Perform chemical analysis of plating baths and process solutions using titration, spectrophotometry, and other methods.
• Prepare and maintain standard solutions, reagents, and lab equipment.
• Monitor bath chemistry to ensure compliance with internal specs and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of analysis, concentrations, and corrective actions.
• Support environmental testing and wastewater treatment monitoring.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Keep the lab clean, safe, and organized while following all safety protocols.
  
  

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience in a lab setting (no degree required).
• Strong skills in titration and wet chemistry.
• Familiarity with metal finishing processes (preferred).
• Understanding of GMP and quality control practices.
• Motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious mindset.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
