Are you detail-oriented and ready to jumpstart your career in tax operations? Join our Operations team as a Tax Analyst I where you’ll play a key role managing Schedule K-1 forms from private investment partnerships. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $35 per hour and the flexibility of hybrid work—onsite in Cambridge, MA at least two days per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Track and process Schedule K-1 forms across multiple partnerships to meet deadlines
• Securely upload and manage confidential K-1 data in tax preparer portals
• Maintain organized digital records and update centralized tracking systems
• Collaborate with financial reporting and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
• Support tax data reconciliation for accurate reporting

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years experience in accounting, tax operations, or investment administration
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience working with K-1s
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with secure document management

Preferred Skills:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Experience in family offices, tax firms, or investment firms
