Work with a team to execute the daily operations of this beautiful Dressage focused horse farm. All aspects of horse care from Turn in/turn out, feeding, blanketing, stall cleaning, and general barn duties. As team member creating a positive environment. The Ashby Equestrian Center located at the historic Ashby Stock Farm is situated on 249 Acres in Ashby, Ma. just over 1 hour from Boston. We are fortunate to have temperature controlled barn and arenas, automatic waterers, 19 paddocks for individual turn out, and a beautiful lounge for boarders and staff to hang out. You:

• Previous Horse farm experience required
• Confident in your ability to lead horses to and from their paddocks
• Reliable – You are a caregiver – the horses are counting on you
• Detail oriented – We have processes to ensure safety and health of the horses
• Team spirit – We work hard and try to have fun together
• Strong enough & Large enough to do everything described here
• Willing to drive UTV with muck wagon, we will teach you (Yes, no wheelbarrows) Our Needs:
• All aspects of horse & barn care, turn in/out horses, clean stalls/barn, feed, etc.
• Follow a schedule – be efficient, achieve goals, and deal with dynamic situations
• Part time (2 or 3 shifts week), (Typical shifts are 7-12, or 7-4)
• Someone we are proud to have on the team
• Must have documents to work in US (SS Card & Drivers Lic., or US Passport)
• Reliable transportation (ideally living within 30 minutes of the farm)
