Position OverviewThe Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales management, particularly in the CNC and machine tool industry, to lead a team and develop effective sales strategies.
Must be located in NORTHEAST Region (New England).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the CNC and machine tool sectors.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insight and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in CNC or machine tool sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
Annual Salary: $90,000 - $100,000/ year BASE Salary
