Ethos Early Learning Center is seeking dedicated and passionate Infant and Toddler Teachers to join our team in South Boston, Massachusetts. As an educator in our center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for our infants. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of young minds while enjoying a rewarding and fulfilling career.

• Schedule: 7:45 am to 4:30 pm or 9:30 to 6:15 pm

• This Support Staff role is essential in assisting lead teachers and ensuring smooth transitions. You will help across multiple classrooms as needed, providing extra hands and support to maintain a warm, engaging, and safe environment.

• Provide high-quality programming and care for infants.

• Maintain constant supervision of classroom children at all times to ensure their health, welfare, and safety.

• Interact with the children and encourage their involvement in classroom experiences.

• Create and maintain a safe, caring, and welcoming classroom environment that is orderly, clean, and appealing.

• Collaborate with the lead teacher to ensure adequate classroom supplies, equipment, and resources are available.

• Assist the lead teacher in achieving the goals of the classroom.

• Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and Employee Handbook requirements.

• Must be over the age of 21.

• Ability to meet physical requirements such as sitting on the floor with the children, squatting, running, and lifting 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Working knowledge of state licensing and accreditation systems.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education and childcare.

• EEC Infant/Toddler certification or qualification is ideal.

• Must be able to pass a thorough criminal background check and drug screening.
