Product Analyst (Offshore - INTL - India)

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Product Analyst to join one of our large consulting clients based out of Boston, MA. This is a remote role sitting in India. The opportunity combines product analysis and project management to develop and scale AI-driven solutions that improve knowledge discovery, research workflows, and content synthesis. The position focuses on translating complex research needs into intuitive AI products while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. The individual will collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and business teams and serve as a central coordinator across stakeholders.

Product & Analysis

-Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and product documentation.

-Break down complex problems, analyze use cases, and propose practical solutions.

-Build deep understanding of users and domains to inform product prioritization.

-Work with technical leads on solution design, feasibility, and implementation details.

-Partner with data teams to define and validate metadata requirements.

-Conduct A/B tests, synthesize results, and present findings to leaders.

-Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance AI models and agent behaviors.

-Maintain feature lists, release notes, and other product documents.

Project Management

-Lead end-to-end planning: scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources.

-Convert product roadmaps into executable delivery plans across teams.

-Track progress, identify risks or blockers, and drive mitigation.

-Run agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

-Communicate project status, risks, and required decisions to stakeholders.

-Coordinate cross-functional handoffs to ensure seamless delivery.

-Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes.

-Support change management and ensure alignment on priorities and trade-offs.

Collaboration & Leadership

-Serve as the link between business and technical teams.

-Provide clarity on requirements, remove blockers, and guide team execution.

-Lead demos, gather real-time feedback, and adjust plans as needed.

-Demonstrate curiosity, thoughtful questioning, and -commitment to continuous improvement.

Compensation:

$12.00/hr to $18.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

-Strong experience with user stories, requirements, and backlog management.

-Familiarity with enterprise software concepts, data analytics, and APIs.

-Interest and aptitude in developing generative AI capabilities.

-Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in agile environments.

-Familiarity with software concepts, data, and APIs; interest in generative AI.

-Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.

-Strong planning, scheduling, dependency, and risk-management skills, with an ability to balance competing priorities in fast-paced environments -Experience with knowledge management, AI/ML, web/app development, UX/UI, or API design.

-Bachelor's degree; PM or agile certifications are a plus.
