Front End Web Developer - INTL INDIA

Job Description

We are seeking a Front-End Software Developer with 3-4 years of experience specializing in React to support the development of a high-traffic marketing website. This role focuses on translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready React components with heavy animations and high attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient engineer who can work independently after onboarding while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end components using pure React for a marketing-focused web platform

Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, production-ready UI

Implement complex animations and interactions while maintaining performance and code quality

Collaborate with back-end developers on API integrations and shared workflows

Follow established coding standards, best practices, and modern front-end architecture

Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Optimize front-end code for performance, accessibility, and maintainability

Support prototype development for new features and enhancements

Pay ranges from 3 - 8$/hr based on qualifications and years of experience

Skills and Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional front-end development experience

• Strong proficiency with React (pure React), React Plus and modern JavaScript

• Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and animation-heavy UI implementations

• Proven ability to implement pixel-perfect designs from Figma

• Experience working independently and managing assigned work after initial onboarding

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and attention to detail

• Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and build processes - Awareness of Drupal backend architecture (hands-on experience not required)

• Exposure to SEO, accessibility standards, and analytics integration in front-end applications

• Experience working on marketing or customer-facing websites

• Prior collaboration with distributed or hybrid engineering teams
