Job Posting Title AVP Sales Enablement Excellence - REMOTE Job Description The Associate Vice President Sales Excellence and Enablement leads a high-performing team responsible for equipping sales and account management teams with the insights, tools, and strategies needed to drive growth and client success. The role ensures alignment across markets and functions, streamlining internal processes and enabling consistent, data-driven execution of business plans. By acting as a central hub for sales support and enablement, the role enhances operational efficiency and empowers teams to focus on client engagement. Responsibilities- Lead strategic opportunity analytics to identify new market entry points and growth initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making across sales segments
- Oversee development and refinement of sales performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into pipeline health, team effectiveness, and goal attainment; act as internal voice of the customer; translate field insights into actionable strategies while minimizing internal demands on client-facing teams
- Serve as a single point of contact for cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Product, Finance, Analytics, Legal, Training) to deliver cohesive and impactful enablement solutions; collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure Sales teams have dynamic, relevant messaging that reflects client needs and market positioning
- Drive annual business planning process in partnership with market General Managers, ensuring disciplined execution and alignment with enterprise objectives
- Standardize sales processes and messaging across all segments to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with business goals and external positioning
- Build and maintain a centralized repository of enablement resources (i.e., opportunity decks, product messaging, client-facing tools tailored to market needs, etc.)
- Leverage external benchmarking tools (e.g., Gartner) to identify and deploy best-in-class enablement solutions under a unified enterprise framework
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, communications, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED required
- 12 years' work experience in sales, sales enablement, consulting, and/or account management to include 2 years' work experience with PBM or managed care organizations
- 8 years leadership/people management experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Demonstrated ability establishing trust, respect and credibility and form effective working relationships with all levels of an organization
- Expertise in sales tools development, capabilities, and metrics
- Proven expertise inspiring cross functional teams to meet business objectives with outstanding results
- Ability to distill complex concepts or situations into clear, concise and compelling communications and for a variety of audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent facilitation, presentation, consulting, influencing and listening skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales strategies in a corporate environment
- Excellent planning and execution skills
- Health care experience
- Previous sales experience in a PBM
Potential pay for this position ranges from $164,000.00 - $279,000.00 based on experience and skills.
