Job Title: Mid-Level React Developer
Contract: 09 months (Potential to Extend)
Location – Franklin, TN (Nashville HUB) OR Andover, MA - Hybrid (3 days onsite) -M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay - $50/hr on W2
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and implementing user interface components using React.js, improving front-end performance, and maintaining a scalable, high-quality codebase.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional code
- Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers
- Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Profile and improve front-end performance
- Maintain and document front-end architecture and codebase
- Stay up to date with latest front-end technologies and industry trends
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with React workflows such as Redux or Flux
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization (JWT, token-based authentication)
- Experience with modern front-end build tools and pipelines
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong performance optimization and debugging skills
- Experience with version control systems (Git / Git Enterprise)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
