**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you will be responsible for setting up machines to initiate production cycles, controlling, and adjusting machine settings, and feeding raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines. **Responsibilities** + Set up machines to start a production cycle. + Control and adjust machine settings, such as speed. + Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and general production. + Proficiency in using calipers and reading blueprints. + Knowledge of press operation and stamping. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly and general labor is beneficial. + Familiarity with machine operating procedures. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy unlimited overtime opportunities with a special $8 an hour bonus on Saturdays. Choose from multiple shifts: 1st shift (7 am to 3:30 pm), 2nd shift (3:30 pm to 2 am, four 10-hour shifts), or 3rd shift (4:30 pm to 8:30 am, three 12-hour shifts, paid for 40 hours). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Attleboro, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
