Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on care to patients, prioritizing their comfort and safety in a medical-surgical environment
• Observe and evaluate patient conditions, reacting to any changes and offering prompt interventions
• Dispense medications and treatments as directed, following established safety guidelines and protocols
• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to create and execute personalized care plans
• Keep precise and comprehensive patient records in line with facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a hospital setting
• Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to work effectively with medical patients
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
