In this full-time, year-round role, you’ll be a key player in our dynamic sales force, generating high quality leads by offering homeowners free, no-obligation service quotes as well as closing sales door-to-door. At times you’ll be on your own in the field and other times you’ll lead by example and guide seasonal staff to build meaningful relationships, drive qualified leads and sales. We offer a competitive compensation package which includes an hourly pay rate of 25/hour + commissions , medical, dental, life and disability insurance, training, retirement plan, paid time off and advancement opportunities. The schedule is Monday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm, and Friday 9:30am – 4:00pm.

Responsibilities for our Sales & Lead Generation Representative- Team Lead (Door-to-Door) :

  • Travel by van in assigned territory and go door-to-door to engage homeowners in a friendly, professional conversation about their lawn care needs;
  • Qualify leads by building quick rapport, confidently introducing our services & benefits, asking qualifying questions, and offering no obligation quotes;
  • Close on-the-spot sales by confidently answering questions and presenting packages that meet customer needs;
  • Coach & support seasonal staff real-time, helping improve confidence, technique, and results;
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, integrity and energy in the field;
  • Serve as a resource for questions, troubleshooting and customer communication.

Requirements for our Sales & Lead Generation Representative- Team Lead (Door-to-Door):

  • Prior experience in a customer facing sales and/or customer service role;
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, confident starting face-to-face conversations, promoting services and connecting with prospects;
  • Ability to build rapport, trust & adapt your pitch quickly to close sales at time of pitch;
  • Natural leader who enjoys coaching and helping others succeed;
  • Strong time management skills, goal oriented with a self-starter mindset;
  • Reliable, upbeat and thrive in environments with clear goals and performance targets;
  • Comfortable working outdoors & on your feet for extended periods in all weather conditions;
  • Professional appearance.

Preferred experience:

  • Prior door-to-door sales, canvassing or direct customer outreach experience;
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring team members.
