As we continue our successful track record of growth, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a natural connector that thrives in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment to join us as a Sales & Lead Generation - Team Lead (Door-to-Door). In this year-round role, you will be a key player in our dynamic sales force, generating high quality leads by offering homeowners no-obligation service quotes as well as closing sales door-to-door. At times you’ll be on your own in the field and other times you will lead by example and guide seasonal staff to build meaningful relationships, drive qualified leads and sales.

We offer a competitive compensation package which includes an hourly pay rate of $25 per hour + commissions and benefits eligibility. The schedule for the Sales Team Lead is Monday-Thursday 9:30am-6:30pm, and Friday 9:30am – 4:00pm.

 Responsibilities for Sales Team Lead:

  • Engage in door to door conversation with homeowners about their lawn care needs.
  • Qualify leads by building quick rapport with potential clients. 
  • Confidently introduce our services and offer no obligation quotes.
  • Close on-the-spot sales by presenting products & services and answering questions.
  • Coach & support staff real-time, helping improve confidence, technique, and results.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, integrity and energy in the field.

Requirements for  Sales Team Lead:

  • Prior experience in a customer facing sales and/or customer service role.
  • Reliable, upbeat and thrive in environments with clear goals and performance targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Confident starting face-to-face conversations and promoting products and services.
  • Ability to build rapport, trust & adapt your pitch quickly to close sales.
  • Natural leader who enjoys coaching and helping others succeed.
  • Strong time management skills, goal oriented with a self-starter mindset.
  • Comfortable working outdoors, on your feet for extended periods in all weather.
  • Professional appearance.
