Note: This is an in-office role, with the expectation of working 5 days per week in our Milford, MA office. What You'll Do Work with a variety of our internal Administrative, Contracts, Sales and other Branch personnel, along with Nucor Rebar Fabrication customers to invoice rebar supply and rebar placement contracts. Minimum Qualifications: •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. •Associate's degree in Business or Accounting preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. •Prior AIA requisition billing preferred. Preferred Qualifications: What Will Put Your Application Ahead •Strong critical thinking and organizational skills. •Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies, spot potential problems and seek solutions. •Administrative experience in the construction industry. •Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, plus proven adaptability to learn new systems. •Highly motivated and self-directed. What You Need to Know •Must be a self-starter willing to work closely with other departments to communicate and reason through contract issues and problems. •This is an in-office, 5 days per week position •Must be able to adhere to demands of a fiscal calendar monthly close schedule. •Overtime during peak periods required.
