Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with manufacturing suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Lead negotiation efforts to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Handle purchase order processing and tracking to maintain accurate procurement records
- Coordinate inventory levels to align with production demands
- Perform cost analysis to identify savings opportunities and optimize expenses
- Evaluate vendor performance through systematic assessment and feedback
- Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and finance teams
