Position Summary:

• As a Sales Associates you share positive energy and create an atmosphere of possibility with our customers. Promote our philosophy, values, and support our purpose and strategic objectives.
• Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner.
• Demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while utilizing exceptional customer service skills on the selling floor.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing of product knowledge.
• Respond to customers' questions.
• Direct customers by escorting them to Fitting Rooms, merchandise and sales counter.
• Use new technology and embrace all avenues of distribution as tools to service our customer.
• Acts as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customers' experience.
• Possesses basic math and money handling skills with the ability to process payment using store point of sale system.
• Perform merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying product according to EF visual standards.
• Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and well-organized space (i.e., vacuuming, dusting, floor sweeping, etc.).
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Able to grasp new concepts quickly and is receptive to new information.
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

The salary range for this role is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.+ dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.

Required Skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Retail sales associate experience or service industry background required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Dedication to creating excellent customer experience in a retail setting
• Open-minded attitude towards experiencing our Brand and product, stylishly wardrobing self and customers.
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and/or team lift when necessary.
• Ability to climb short/tall ladders, twist, bend, and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks.
• Flexible schedule.

Schedule: Scheduling hours vary depending on location. Employees are required to be available to work on evenings and weekends based on individual store scheduling needs.
