Machine Operator

LeachGarner has immediate opportunities on 2nd shift for Machine Operators! You must be able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures are carried out safely and smoothly.

Hours: 2:30 pm - 1:00 am Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities Include:

• Set up machines to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings as needed
• Feed raw material to semi-automated machines
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Maintain activity logs
• Maintain clean safe work area
• Perform other tasks as needed to further our company's goals and uphold our commitments

Requirements:

• Experience working in a manufacturing production setting
• Machine operator experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up 70 pounds multiple times throughout shift utilizing safe lifting practices
• Able to stand, walk and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to understand and speak English
• Manual dexterity
• Visual acuity
