The CNA HHA provides essential care services with a focus on elderly patients in a single location. This role supports patient hygiene, mobility, and nutrition while ensuring patient safety and comfort through vigilant observation and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide meal assistance and monitor dietary needs
- Observe patient conditions and report changes
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in healthcare support
- Patient care proficiency
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy and compassion
- Effective time management
